Juniper Return Policy

Return Window:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Return Options:

  • Store Credit: Message us through the chat for a store credit.
  • Exchange: Message us for an exchange. You will pay for the return label, but we'll ship the new item to you for free.

Final Sale Items:

  • Final Sale items are only available for exchange.
  • This includes all seasonal items and Costumes.

Shipping Responsibility:

  • Juniper is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Contact your local post office for shipping and tracking issues.
  • If an item shows as "delivered" but you haven't received it, contact the shipping carrier.
  • Juniper is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses. You'll be responsible for shipping costs again, and there will be no refund or keeping of the items.

Order Cancellations:

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

Please ensure you enter the correct address before purchasing to avoid return issues.
